Zucchini in a pan step-by-step recipe:
Ingredients:
1 zucchini
3 eggs
60 grams of Gouda cheese
100 grams of breadcrumbs
50 grams of wholemeal flour
3 tablespoons of sour cream
1 clove of garlic
3 pickles
A small bunch of dill
Frying oil
Salt and pepper
Step 1
Slice the zucchini lengthwise. Salt and pepper both sides well. It is best to rub the seasoning into the slices.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk 2 eggs. Grate 60 grams of Gouda cheese, add to the egg mixture and mix.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix 100 grams of breadcrumbs and 50 grams of wholemeal flour.
Step 4
Heat the frying oil in a frying pan.
Dip each zucchini slice in the breadcrumbs, then dip in the cheese and egg mixture and dip in the breadcrumbs again.
Place in a frying pan and fry over a medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side.
Step 5. Sauce
Boil 1 hard-boiled egg.
Place 3 tablespoons of sour cream on a plate. Grate 3 pickles and add to the sour cream. Grate a hard-boiled egg and add to the mixture. Grate 1 clove of garlic. Chop and add a small bunch of dill. Salt, pepper and mix everything thoroughly.
A quick and healthy lunch is ready.
