Traditional Easter Broccoli and Eggs Salad step-by-step recipe:
Ingredients:
Broccoli head
50 grams of lettuce green
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of canned corn
A bunch of parsley
2 teaspoons of almond slices
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
Juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon of French mustard
1 teaspoon of honey
Salt and pepper
Step 1
Boil 2 hard-boiled eggs.
Step 2
Boil the broccoli for the salad: separate the broccoli into florets and cut into halves. Place in a saucepan and cover completely with water. Salt and cook over a medium heat for 2 minutes after the water comes to the boil.
Step 3
Wash and dry 50 grams of lettuce green and place on a plate. Add 2 tablespoons of canned corn.
Step 4
Finely chop a bunch of parsley. Sprinkle the mixture with 2 teaspoons of almond slices.
Step 5. Sauce
Mix a tablespoon of mayonnaise with the juice of half a lemon. Add a teaspoon of French mustard and a teaspoon of honey. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Step 6
Drain the boiled broccoli. Carefully place on a plate with the salad mixture.
Cut two hard-boiled eggs into circles and place them on the salad.
