Broccoli and mushrooms in a frying pan step-by-step recipe:
Ingredients:
1 broccoli
300 grams of mushrooms
20 grams of butter
2 onions
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
3 garlic gloves
Frying oil
Salt and pepper
Step 1
Separate 1 head of broccoli into florets. Place in a saucepan and cover with water. Season with salt and cook over a medium heat for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, drain the broccoli.
Step 2
Finely chop 2 onions. Cut 300 grams of mushrooms into quarters. Heat the frying oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion first.
Then add the sliced mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add 3 cloves of garlic to the mushrooms. Fry until the mushrooms release their juices.
Step 3
Melt 20 grams of butter in the pan with the mushrooms. Pour in 2 tablespoons of soya sauce.
Step 4
Add the broccoli to the mushrooms, stir and cook for a further 5 minutes.
